How long does it take to setup a tournament?
Setting up a tournament with the Poker Genie is a snap. Expect to spend 10-20 minutes your first time through as you figure out how many chips you have and decide per player starting amounts. After that you'll have things going in as little as a couple minutes!

Because the Poker Genie remembers your previous settings it's extremely easy to run the same tournament setting over and over. And if you need to make some tweaks you only have to edit the settings that have changed.

What if I have a tournament configuration that already works for me?
Lots of us have a blind schedule and setup that works well, but we don't have a good way of displaying the tournament info to the players. With Poker Genie's Custom Mode you can enter up to 30 custom rounds with your own settings, including: Ante, Small Blind, Big Blind, and programmable breaks.

The Poker Genie will run your schedule flawlessly and you get all the great Poker Genie features like Play/Pause any time you want and saving of your Custom Settings so they are ready for you next time around.

Can I set how long I want my tournament to last
Yes, you can. The Poker Genie has a bulit in tournament length estimator that allows you to control how long you want your tournament to last. Have five hours to play two tournaments? Poker Genie will make it happen and your guests will love the experience.

Can the Poker Genie run off batteries?
The Poker Genie runs off AC power (plug in power supply) only. We have looked at various battery options but they are both expensive and have a very limited lifespan (those bright displays suck up a lot of juice!).

Using AC power ensures your Poker Genie remains at full power throughout your tournament, regardless of how long those tight players hold out.

What are the Poker Genie's dimensions?
The Poker Genie measures approximately 6 inches wide x 4 inches tall x 1 inch deep.

The Clock digits are approximately 1 inch tall and visible up to 40 feet.
